Beverly Jones Lytle

Beverly Jones Lytle, 31, died on Sunday, January 28, 2007.

She received her GED and was employed at the MCAS mess hall. Beverly was a member of the Womens Auxiliary (VFW).
Surviving relatives include son, Dakota Dillard; daughters, Angela Dillard and Brianna Lytle; stepson, Chris Hamerick; stepdaughter, Tora Hamerick all of Wellton, Arizona; parents, Melba and Ronnie Dunn of Wellton; sisters, Donna Jones and Rosetta Ward of Emporia, Kansas; and brother, Benjamin Jones of Wellton as well as nieces, Dawn Praeger, Kira and Hope Meade; and nephews, David Praeger, Troy and Lane Hammond and Jack Jones all of Emporia, Kansas.

Beverly was preceded in death by her father, Jack Jones of Yuma.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. , Friday, February 2, 2007 at Yuma Mortuary.
The memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, February 3, 2007 at the VFW in Wellton.

James “Jim” Evans
James “Jim” Evans, 65, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2007 in Mesa, Arizona, with his wife and daughter by his side. Jim was born March 16, 1941 in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Tammy; his children, Debbie (John) Kettunen, Randy (Sherry) Evans, Steve (Debbie) Evans and Mark (Denise) Evans; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary (David) Lundy.

In honoring Jim’s request for no services his family will receive friends at their home on Saturday, February 3, 2007 from 2 p.m. to 4 pm.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting contributions in Jim’s name to Hospice of the Valley, 6063 E. Arbor Ave., Bldg C, Mesa, AZ 85206.

Local arrangements were entrusted to Mariposa Gardens Funeral Care, Mesa, Arizona (480) 830-4422.
